Active regatta is expected in Pärnu
For the first time the young sailors from Russia, Latvia and Lithuania will start at Nordic Youth Championships in Pärnu 2012. Even if limit is 20 boys and girls in each class, crowded regatta is expected in Pärnu. But there are no worries, explains Indrek Ilves, manager of the Pärnu Yachtclub and deputy director of the Organizing Committee of the Regatta: “We have reserved large areas by the Pärnu River for the regatta site, camping area and boat mooring. RS:X class sailors will have separate regatta area in the Pärnu Surfclub on the beach and there will be a place for every sailor and accompany.” See regatta site plan and book your accommodation in time!
